By accessing or using Waver, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Waver is a voice-to-text application that records audio, transcribes it using AI, and rewrites it into polished text in various writing styles. The service includes features such as AI chat, SuperSummary, audio upload, image scanning, and more.

You must create an account to use Waver. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

Free Plan: Includes up to 10 notes with basic voice-to-text transcription and AI rewriting.

Premium Plans: Subscriptions are available in 3-month and 1-year periods. Premium unlocks unlimited notes, all writing styles, SuperSummary, AI Chat, audio upload, image scanning, export, insights, and all future features.

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew at the end of each period. Prices are listed in USD and applicable taxes (GST/VAT) are added based on your location.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a potential refund.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Abuse the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed reasonable usage limits that affect service quality for others

The Waver application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Your notes and content remain your intellectual property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service.

Content rewritten or generated by our AI is based on your input. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before use.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

Waver is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
