Waver is operated by Aerosoul Technologies LLP. By accessing or using Waver, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form an agreement between you and Aerosoul Technologies LLP. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Waver is a voice-to-text application that records audio, transcribes it using AI, and rewrites it into polished text in various writing styles. The service includes features such as AI chat, SuperSummary, audio upload, image scanning, and more.

You must create an account to use Waver. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

Free Plan: Includes up to 10 notes with basic voice-to-text transcription and AI rewriting.

Premium Plans: Subscriptions are available in 3-month and 1-year periods. Premium unlocks unlimited notes, all writing styles, SuperSummary, AI Chat, audio upload, image scanning, export, insights, and all future features.

7-day free trial. New subscribers may start a 7-day free trial of Premium (3 Months) on the web. You are not charged during the 7 days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues at $16.50 per 3 months and your payment method is charged. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancelling. On iOS, manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android, in Google Play → Subscriptions. For web purchases, use the billing link in your receipt email or contact support. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Prices are listed in USD and applicable taxes (GST/VAT) are added based on your location.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a potential refund.

You are responsible for recording lawfully. Laws on recording conversations differ by country and, in the United States, by state. Some places require only one participant to consent; others (including California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Washington) require every participant to consent.

Before recording a conversation, meeting, lecture or call involving other people, it is your responsibility to obtain whatever consent the law where you and the other participants are located requires. Waver does not provide legal advice and cannot determine what applies to your situation.

Do not use Waver to record people covertly where that is unlawful, or to record conversations you have been asked not to record.

Waver is a productivity tool. Nothing it produces is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Wellbeing and stress-relief features are for general relaxation only. They are not a medical device, not therapy, and not for diagnosing or treating any condition. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Do not rely on AI-generated summaries, transcripts, or action items for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences without checking them against the source yourself.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Abuse the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed reasonable usage limits that affect service quality for others

The Waver application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Your notes and content remain your intellectual property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service.

Content rewritten or generated by our AI is based on your input. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before use.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

Waver is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
